Cancellation Policy

Bookings made through the RODY website will require full payment at the time of booking. When you have successfully booked and completed making payment, an e-mail will be sent to you, with details of your booking and payment. If you do not receive your booking confirmations within 24 hours from the time of booking, please contact us at rougeartscentre@gmail.com or +61420628686. When you first arrive at RODY, you must provide your booking confirmation. Cancellation is acceptable/refundable up to 72 hours before the start time. Anytime later than that, cancellation will not be accepted or refunded. The schedule is locked, but public holidays might impact the schedule. RODY will inform all participants advanced if any occurs.
